Objective: To provide insight to the standards and guidelines that guide the claimant process for DOL Federal Worker Comp program and potentially help concerned individuals establish a valid claim for federal employees experiencing side effects/delayed side effects from a COVID-19 vaccine and/or Aggravated pre-existing medical conditions (i.e inflamed heart valve, ringing in ears).

#1 Establish a timeline of your medical history with medical visits, consultation reports with medical specialists, medical documentation, and medical examination.

*If applicable, consider your prescription medication history (i.e nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), pain medication)
****Link: https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/heart-attack/expert-answers/nsaids-heart-attack-stroke/faq-20147557)

* If you already have an established medical report

#2 Consider examples of what constitutes a vaccine

Example 1 – Terminology in the CDC & Pharmaceutical Industry PDF manuals that you should become more familiar with

Immunologic adjuvant – “In immunology, an adjuvant is a substance that increases or modulates the immune response to a vaccine.” Examples are aluminum salts, oils and virosomes. Also, magnetic proteins. Just so you know, they have been talking about the use of “drug nanocarriers” for a long time in the world of scientific research. “See link – Magnetic iron oxide nanoparticles for drug delivery ” in the National Library of Medicine.

However do notice there already has been widespread concerns of “Potential adverse effects of nanoparticles on the reproductive system” amongst medical experts and researchers.

Take the common medical occurrence of a build up of calcium deposits in tendons and muscles. Calcific tendonitis. This then can affect shoulder movement, build up on a fatty plaqued wall of an artery, and so on. The point I make here is that inorganic molecules/compounds can build up in areas of your body. So, now imagine if metal-based nanoparticle also attempts to build-up on an inflamed site inside the human body.

#3 Consider any noticeable side effects since receiving the vaccine

“injection site reaction” “Post-Injection Inflammation” “allergic reactions, high blood pressure”

“The Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine is a suspension for intramuscular
injection” – PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE EMERGENCY USE AUTHORIZATION (EUA) FACT SHEET FOR HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS ADMINISTERING VACCINE

Ingredients in Covid-19 Vaccine

Example: ((4-hydroxybutyl)azanediyl)bis(hexane-6,1-diyl)bis(2-hexyldecanoate)
a type of “fatty nanoparticles” – https://sciences.ucf.edu/news/chemistry-professor-breaks-down-vaccine-mystery-with-ingredient-explanation/

“Hexane is an unbranched alkane containing six carbon atoms. It has a role as a non-polar solvent and a neurotoxin.”
https://pubchem.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/compound/Hexane#:~:text=Hexane%20is%20an%20unbranched%20alkane,with%20a%20petroleum%2Dlike%20odor.

“Hexane is a chemical commonly extracted from petroleum and crude oil.”

So they use the solvent power of hexane to breakthrough cell membranes, cell tissue layers, and so on. But they manipulate it to mimic a molecule component of the cell membrane.

By the way….U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES, Public Health Service
Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry…knows hexane can cause adverse health effects like any other hazardous substance. – https://www.atsdr.cdc.gov/toxfaqs/tfacts113.pdf

I read through the Pfizer PDF releases of their operation manual and studies. No mention of how vaccine ingredients can adversely effect our gut microbiome. A lot of people already have digestive health issues, a weakened gut microbiome, however you want to break it down.

“Polyethylene glycol: Some COVID-19 vaccines may contain polyethylene glycol. Hypersensitivity reactions have been reported. Polyethylene glycol and polysorbate are structurally related; cross-reactive hypersensitivity may occur (CDC 2021c).”
